Ms. Goldman advises developers and real property owners on condominium and planned development matters and prepares the governing development covenants and restrictions that control the development and use of the land within the project boundaries. She drafts and provides counsel on restrictive covenants, governing documents, declarations, association bylaws, and other operational documents commonly utilized in residential communities and condominium projects. She counsels developers, property owners, homeowners associations and condominium associations in the modification of these documents over time to reflect changed conditions and to resolve disputes. Ms. Goldman helps condominium associations with condominium governance systems.
Attorney Goldman has an extensive background in government, having been the first female-elected Mayor of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, and serving as Mayor, Vice Mayor and Commissioner (2014-2023). She was even on the legislative staff of three members of Congress: Senator Albert Gore, Jr. (D-TN), Senator Bob Graham (D-FL), and Representative Dante B. Fascell (D-FL).
In addition to being a real estate attorney, she has experience in owning and managing startups.
